Cebu Pacific offers P0.88 seat sale from Cebu to Surigao, Siargao, other destinations

The Philippines’ largest national flag carrier, Cebu Pacific (PSE:CEB) holds a seat sale from its Cebu, hub to 17 Philippine destinations from November 5, 2011 to November 7, 2011 or until seats last. This seat sale is valid for travel from January 1, 2012 until March 31, 2012.

The P0.88 fare is available for seats from Cebu to Bacolod, Boracay (Caticlan), Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Clark, Davao, Dipolog, Dumaguete, General Santos, Iloilo, Legazpi, Ozamiz, Pagadian, Puerto Princesa, Siargao, Surigao, Tacloban and Zamboanga..

Other discounted seats from Davao to Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo, and Zamboanga are available for P288. Travelers from Cagayan de Oro to Iloilo or from Zamboanga to Tawi-Tawi can enjoy the same discounted fare of P288.

This seat sale also includes reduced fares from Manila to Busuanga, Calbayog, Catarman, Cauayan (Isabela), Laoag, Legazpi, Naga, Puerto Princesa, San Jose (Mindoro), Tuguegarao, or Virac, now available for P488.

Travelers from Manila to Bacolod, Boracay (Caticlan), Cebu, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Kalibo, Roxas, Tacloban, or Tagbilaran can avail of the discounted fare of P688. Fares from Manila to Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cotabato, Davao, Dipolog, General Santos, Ozamiz, Pagadian, Surigao or Zamboanga are available for P888.

“This seat sale offers destinations throughout our extensive route network in the Philippines and also our ASEAN destinations. We encourage CEB guests to book their flights early and take advantage of the reduced fares for travel during the first few months of 2012,” said CEB VP for Marketing and Distribution Candice Iyog.

International routes covered in this sale include Manila to Brunei, Kota Kinabalu (Malaysia), or Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam) for only P888. Fares from Manila to Hanoi are also available for the same discounted fare for the travel period of March 17 to May 31, 2012.

Other discounted fares are available for Manila to Bangkok (Thailand), Jakarta (Indonesia), and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) seats at P1488.

“For our guests’ added convenience, CEB’s web check-in service and automatic seat selector can now be used for free while booking online. To avoid the long lines at the airport, we also encourages guests with check-in luggage to avail of prepaid baggage allowance when booking online for travel savings of as much as 63% on domestic and 72% on international flights,” added Iyog.

Guests without credit cards may also book online and pay through CEB partner banks and payment centers. Other options available to guests who will book online include the seat selector and CEB’s web check-in service.

CEB currently operates 10 Airbus A319, 18 Airbus A320 and 8 ATR-72 500 aircraft. By the end of 2011, CEB will be operating a fleet of 37 aircraft – with an average age of less than 3.5 years – one of the most modern aircraft fleets in the world. Between 2012 and 2021, Cebu Pacific will take delivery of 23 Airbus A320 and 30 Airbus A321neo aircraft orders, and 2 Airbus A320 aircraft on operating lease agreements.
