Former Gov. Robert Lyndon Barbers in a press conference Wednesday declared his intention to seek the mayoralty post in the coming 2010 general elections under the Abante Surigao party."I would like to announce and declare my intention of running as City Mayor of Surigao," Barbers said.
It was also revealed that Board Member Milva P. Garcia will be his Vice-Mayor.
