SURIGAO CITY - A magnitude 4.5 earthquake jolted Surigao del Norte on Tuesday evening, July 26.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) recorded the epicenter three kilometers west of the Municipality of Sison, Surigao del Norte.
Phivolcs said intensity five was felt in Surigao City and intensity two in Cebu City.
