LOOK: Lt. Col. Rico Amaro, commanding officer of 30th Infantry Battalion, Philippine Army based in Sta. Cruz, Placer, Surigao del Norte meets New People's Army (NPA) leaders somewhere in the mountains of Surigao del Norte. With him are Ka Oto, spokesperson of the Guerilla Front, Ka Lucas, a senior NPA member, and Ka Edroy, Guerilla Front's political officer.
