Report on illegal logging in Pilar

On February 25, 2009 at 12:00 noon at Sitio Iba, Barangay Datu, Pilar, Surigao del Norte, PNP personnel of Pilar Municipal Police Station led by PSINSP Krisopher Ang Cauilan conducted foot patrol and recovered abandoned sawn lumber approximately 101 board feet with an estimated market value amounting to Php 3,000.00.

Recovered lumbers are now in the custody of Pilar Municipal Police Station for proper disposition. (PNP-13/ PIA-Caraga)

Pretty good that our law enforcers are crocking out this illegal logger, trees is good to our environment, but I’m in the market of good lumber to build a house can someone recommend me where to buy a good lumber. Make sure its legal. Tata G.
