Dick Gordon Visits Surigao City

Former Sen. Richard Gordon
The former senator of the Republic of the Philippines Richard “Dick” Gordon, now the Chief Executive Officer of the Philippine National Red Cross arrived Surigao City Airport at about 09:00 O’clock in the morning of December 2, 2010.

Gordon’s visit was welcomed by heads and members of the different organization in the province of Surigao del Norte and some Local Chief Executives.

Gordon subsequently proceeded to Surigao City Cultural Center for an speaking engagement as Guest of Honor and Speaker to the 7th Chapter Biennial Assembly of the Philippine National Red Cross with the theme: “RED CROSS in the Forefront of the Humanitarian Action.”
